Great facility with caring, helpful management. I've been renting here for several years and love the location, cleanliness, prices and Vincent's responsiveness. Good, honest folks to deal with. Door spring broke recently and Vincent arranged the repair and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Well maintained units with easy access and a personal touch.

I have received outstanding customer service during the six years that I have had two storage units there at the Grover Beach Storage facility! You will not find storage units available at a better price, especially for the size of the storage units!

Vince in Oceano was always a true professional... and he was always kind. My husband and I moved back to our childhood home, and kept our belongings in two of the indoor storage units. Clean, dry, able to use an elevator to move your stuff, rather than carry them up!!! If I needed a storage unit again, my first stop would be to see Vince!!
